Roland graduated from CSULB with a BS in Business Administration Marketing and has, over the years, developed a holistic approach and understanding of the retail business cycle. He spent 5 years on the retail floor while attending CSULB, transitioned to the wholesale side after graduation, and has worked in the retail trade industry for 30+ years.
Roland knows that every client’s needs are different from retailer to retailer. His impeccable listening skills make it easy for him to solve problems while building true partnerships with brands from sell-in to sell-through.
When not at work, you can find Roland enjoying the outdoors and playing in the snow, sand, and water.
Lindsay has a passion for selling, which runs deep in her blood. After watching her mom excel in the field for 30 years, Lindsay followed her footsteps as she worked her way up from 8 years on the retail floor. She joined the team after college as a tech rep. This experience has helped her understand the technical side of the brands she represents–a major asset for this industry.
Lindsay believes that showing up, keeping clear channels of communication, and building trust with brands and retailers are the key elements of success. She uses her passion for the outdoors, skill sets, and feminine touch, as fuel to ensure she does everything possible to help take both the Venture West team and the brands they work with to the next level.
When Lindsay’s not working her territory, you can find her hiking, surfing, and exploring the beauty of SoCal with her family.
Key and Specialty Accounts Representative
Mike Morley has been a part of the Venture West team for over 20 years. Over the years, he’s used his passion for this industry, along with his many skill sets, to build brands in the marketplace.
The thing Mike loves most about his job is having the opportunity to utilize creativity to solve problems and make brands profitable for retail partners. You can always count on Mike to follow up–even with the smallest details–and complete what he’s promised to do.
Mike is an adventurer who spends his free time in the outdoors hiking, fishing, camping, and enjoying water sports.
Keith T.K. Dias
Hawaii Sales Rep
Keith is the sales rep for the entire Hawaiian territory. He brings a lot of experience to the Venture West team as he’s been a sales rep for the past 47 years. Keith is also currently the President of HSRA Hawaii Sales Rep Association.
His primary job is communication as he connects with each brand he represents once a month to ensure they are up to date. Through his excellent communication skills, love for people, and ability to express his thoughts and feelings, he is easily able to connect with brands and help them thrive.
When Keith is not traveling for work, you will find him enjoying quality time with his family.
Peter excels at delivering fast and friendly 24/7 customer support. He graduated from Long Beach State University was a BS in business administration and has been with the team for 11 years. His most important role is to make lives easier for every brand Venture West partners with.
Peter thrives as an office manager due to his laser focus, attention to details, and desire to get things done right and on time.
When Peter’s not assisting the team and our brand partners, he enjoys watching a lot of football, baseball, and basketball.
Lesly is the newest member to the Venture West team. She worked in retail for a couple of years, where her passion for the outdoor industry was evident and teaching the technical side of brands to customers is where she thrived. Having previous customer service experience and wanting to grow in the industry, she transitioned into a sales rep position in the Southeast before moving to the West Coast.
Lesly believes being relational, detail oriented, and intentional with every retail partner can go a long way and can bring opportunity for all parties to be successful in the industry. Having a presence in front of her retailers is a priority and going the extra mile for the brands is nothing new for her.
When Lesly is not working or on the road, you can always find her outside running, surfing, or traveling with her husband.
